Hi! I'm Carmen, an American teacher living in Spain who genuinely believes the best way to learn English is to just… start talking. No stiff textbooks. No awkward drills. Just relaxed, judgment-free conversation that builds real confidence from day one.
Here's something most teachers won't tell you: mistakes are the whole point. They're how your brain locks in new language. My classroom is a safe space where getting it wrong is celebrated, not corrected with a red pen. We'll laugh, we'll try again, and you'll walk away sounding more natural every single session.
With a degree in Social Science, a 120-hour TEFL certification, and 10+ years of experience with all ages, I know how to meet you exactly where you are. Beginner or just needing a boost? I've got you.
Along the way, we'll pick up cool American idioms. Ever wonder why someone says they're "under the weather" when they're feeling sick? We'll crack those mysteries together, and you'll start sounding like a native before you know it.
