Andrea's a great teacher, very easy to relate to and find common topics in any situation, all while facilitating grammar learning and constantly providing important context from the Italian perspective.

Mi piace molto avere Andrea come insegnante. Per me, la cosa che apprezzo di più è l'equilibrio tra una persona che mantiene un ambiente informale ma allo stesso tempo mi corregge ogni volta che faccio un errore, in modo gentile, compresi gli errori di grammatica e di pronuncia. è ovvio che ha esperienza nell'insegnamento dell'italiano, e l'ho raccomandato ai miei amici.

I experienced a sudden paranoid homophobia from him at the very end of the lesson when I was exiting the call. I know what it is when I experience it from a facial expression. I will not continue with Andrea.

I highly recommend Andrea, he has a great understanding of grammar and vocabulary, he is bilingual in Italian and English, and he is a patient teacher. I have worked with him many times.

Andrea is an exceptional Italian teacher, especially for beginners. From the very first lesson, he creates a calm, supportive atmosphere where you never feel judged, or like you’re wasting time. His patience is remarkable — he always gives me space to speak, listens carefully, and corrects mistakes gently. What I appreciate most is how clearly he explains things. Andrea often writes sentences in the chat while we’re speaking, which makes it much easier to visualize the structure of the language. He also shares helpful links and additional materials, and focuses on modern, commonly used phrases — not just textbook Italian. Our first lesson were particularly valuable: Andrea explained the basics of Italian grammar and how it would be used throughout the course. This gave me understanding of how the language actually works. Learning with Andrea is not only effective but enjoyable. I’m excited to continue studying with him and would highly recommend him to anyone starting Italian.

Andrea is very very patient with me, I never feel like he's annoyed by me or that I ruined part of his day. He takes his time with me (I'm A1), he gives me time to speak and never interrupts. I really like how he'll correct what I am saying before I attempt to make another mistake. What really helps is that he'll write things down in the chat as we speak to help me visualize the sentences, and he's always providing me with different links and PDFs. He teaches me phrases commonly said in this day and age, which is what you want!! I will continue to book classes with him for as long as he's on this platform.
