Carmen is personable, kind, and a pleasure to talk to.

Carmen is very patient and waits for me to find the right words or formulate my thoughts. She spoke slower today to help me understand. I understand pretty well but sometimes miss unfamiliar words. I like that she conducts the entire class in Spanish so that I can learn comprehension

Carmen è un' insegnante molto brava, ha pazienza e riesce ad affrontare tanti temi e della lingua ma anche aspetti di cultura generale che possono rendere piu facile e naturale la conversazione, consigliatissima

I enjoy my classes with Carmen. Especially because she is so patient with me when I struggle to understand whether it is from Internet connection or unfamiliarity with vocabulary or whatever. But I can really see that my comprehension is improved and listening skills are better. We had a lot of connection issues today that interferes with the flow but managed to get through it.

this was an introductory lesson so no pla was made. conversation was comfortable but I was nervous. Carmen is very pleasant and patient as I sometimes searched for words or asked for explanation
