Hello! I’m Eva, a passionate language tutor with over four years of experience teaching Latvian. Having grown up in Latvia, I am fluent in Latvian, Russian, and English. My love for languages extends beyond the classroom – I enjoy exploring different cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life.
I believe that learning a new language should be an engaging and enjoyable experience. My teaching approach is tailored to each student’s unique needs and learning style, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills.

As a language teacher, my primary goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to explore and express themselves in Latvian. I believe that every student has unique strengths.
I emphasize interactive learning through conversational practice, role-playing, and real-life scenarios to help my students use Latvian in practical situations. I encourage open communication and feedback, ensuring my students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their thoughts. My approach is patient and encouraging, and I celebrate each student's progress. My lessons are structured yet flexible, tailored to each student's needs. I focus on all aspects of the Latvian language, including grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. Emphasizing practical applications and cultural context, I help students build confidence and achieve their language goals.
