I'm Lily. I'm a Chinese teacher and a botanical illustrator, which is to say, apart from teaching Chinese, I take a lot of time on drawing and painting plants. My hometown is a small city in north China. Now I live in Oslo. Before I moved to Norway, I was studying and working in Beijing, then I spent one year in England to finish my Master Degree. I've been teaching Chinese for many years, including learning together with language partners and teaching in a private language school in Beijing before I started working on Italki. Li li was super sweet and patient. It was my first lesson and even though we hadn’t communicated prior to the lesson about what I wanted to do she was quick to come up with a great plan. She was very patient and helpful to answer all of my questions.
