Charlotte is a wonderful teacher in every respect. She quickly identified my level of French and tailored her speaking to be understandable and also improve my understanding. She's patient with me as I speak very slowly, while she's encouraging as I work on expressing myself. Most important of all, she's just a very kind person and a pleasure to speak with.
