I have been with Malin for over a month, taking two thirty-minute speaking classes weekly. I started off on a cusp between A1 and A2. With Malin, we would take a topic a series of questions regarding that topic and talk about that. But today, we had an off-the-cuff 30-minute spontaneous conversation 🤯 Something I didn't think I'd be able to have this early on in my Norwegian journey. Malin is super easy to speak to and engaging; her corrections are well-placed and not pedantic. She is a fun person to talk to, and talking to her has helped me gain more confidence in my skills and improve them. I might still talk like a slightly cleverer toddler, but at least I am talking without hindrance and shyness. I cannot recommend Malin enough. She is great.

Malin's Norwegian class is truly exceptional. Her engaging teaching style, combined with her deep knowledge of the language, makes each lesson not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable. She has a unique ability to make complex concepts easy to understand, creating a welcoming and effective learning environment. I've probably had close to 200 lessons with Malin now over the last year and a half, and my speaking and listening fluency has grown enormously. I've also learned a lot about life in Norway. We do hour long lessons and they always seem too short (at least to me...). She really makes learning fun, and can speak and teach either in a very lovely Haugesundsk dialekt or a more Bokmaalisk one. Highest possible recommendation.

In order to learn a language for everyday use what you really need is to talk a lot in a comfortable environment about interesting topics. If you choose Malin this is exactly what you will get. Search no more.

For almost half a year I take lesson with Malin now, and I love it! Malin meets me with my level of speaking, always shows interst and comes up with intresting topics to speak about. We have low key conversations that really helps builing my Norwegian vocabulary and also let me learn about Norway's culture. In the begining I was a little shy to talk Norwegian, but after a few weeks a got a lot more confidence because of her. Looking forward to every session!

I’ve been studying with Malin for 2 or 3 months now and there is no doubt that my Norwegian has improved. I have such a boost of confidence after each lesson, I’m ready to take on Norway 🤣 I would recommend Malin any day to any one who is just starting out or who wants to practice conversation. She is a great tutor.
