The course experience was very good. Ethan would promptly point out my grammatical mistakes, and the conversation was very enjoyable.

I mentioned at the beginning that my main goal is not just to be understood, but to sound natural in English, and Ethan has consistently respected that throughout many lessons. He regularly corrects my phrasing and explains how a native speaker would actually say something, which is exactly what I was hoping for. His easy-going teaching style makes the lessons comfortable and productive. He’s also willing to interrupt when something sounds unnatural, which is really helpful for my learning style because I can fix mistakes immediately instead of continuing with incorrect phrasing. Another thing I appreciate is that he speaks Chinese. Occasionally being able to ask for a quick translation or clarification helps me understand certain nuances much faster. Overall, the lessons are very effective, and I feel like I’m making steady progress toward speaking more natural English.
