Another great class with Daisuke. I really appreciate how the textbook gives me a structured way to study but then he regularly gets me to make up my own sentences so that I can expand my vocab and be a bit more spontaneous. This week I move to a two classes a week schedule as I've been really enjoying his instruction and am confident we can get me to a language level I'm happy with before my upcoming trip to Japan. Daisuke is an excellent teacher that is very engaged throughout his lessons. He speaks at a level that is appropriate for your level and asks great questions that keep the conversation going while allowing you to expand on your language and conversation skills.

Daisuke was very patient, helpful, and thoughtful in how we approached learning Japanese. As a relative beginner, it was a bit daunting, but he makes things very comfortable and supportive right away. Highly recommended, especially for new learners who want a supportive learning environment.

I’ve really enjoyed learning Japanese with Daisuke! His lessons are clear, well-structured, and easy to follow. He’s patient, encouraging, and always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense.
