My teacher is very qualified and experienced, as well as motivated. However your sign on procedure is terrible, taking up much of the lesson time. We could not get past your blocks--e.g,, a required password. Yesterday I had a Zoom meeting with a colleague who send me a link. I just clicked on it and "sign in" window immediately presented. I am running out of patience with your system.

So grateful to meet Yuganthiny. She is kind, patient and clear. The classes are also really enjoyable. I'm learning lots of new useful things in a completely safe and non-judgmental environment.

Some minor issues with internet but will sort for next lesson

She is an excellent teacher with the best personality for this role.

Yuganthiny has been helping me to learn some basic Tamil. She has provided me with some basic phrases to learn to help build my foundation. She's very kind, and helps a lot with explaining grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary.
