Anna

Anna has had a monumental impact on my language learning. I've come a long way with my Italian thanks to her. I even interviewed for Italian company (where I now work) in Italian with her guidance. Anna has continued to develop adaptive lessons based on my needs, given me practical advice about living in Italy when I asked, and always provides me with so many study materials to further my learning.

I have been taking lessons with Anna for about a year and 3 months now and have completed 2 trips to Italy. The first trip, after 3 months, I was able to navigate the country with ease and received compliments on my Italian. I could express a lot of what I wanted to say but had difficult holding conversations which is normal. After a year of lessons I was able to start having full conversations with locals and made a few Italian friends during my trip. I was even able to help translate for an American couple who had questions in an art shop! Anna is a great teacher. Friendly and very patient. She has great teaching resources and you will not be disappointed if you choose her as your tutor.

Anna ist eine hervorragende und äußerst professionelle Lehrerin. Die Unterhaltungen mit ihr sind interessant, abwechslungsreich und genau im richtigen Maß anspruchsvoll. Sie spricht sehr deutlich und verständlich, sodass man ihr auch bei komplexeren Themen gut folgen kann. Dabei geht sie individuell auf das Sprachniveau und die Interessen ihrer Schüler ein und schafft eine angenehme Lernatmosphäre. Besonders schätze ich, wie strukturiert und geduldig sie erklärt, ohne dabei jemals monoton zu wirken. Jede Stunde mit Anna ist motivierend und lehrreich – ich kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

I’ve been taking classes with Anna for 3-4 months. She’s a great teacher and helped me achieve a B1 level very fast. Thanks to her, I can understand Italian quite well in order to have a conversation with native speakers. She’s very prepared and has a ton of material to work with (audios, images, etc). As a person, she’s also very friendly and nice. I totally recommend her as a teacher to learn Italian 🇮🇹

Anna was prompt and very patient with me. She provided tips and/or corrected me without being overbearing or condescending. I liked that Anna was familiar with the area in Italy that my familes had originated. I will sign up for additional classes.
