Hi, I'm Sonia Attai, a language teacher from Jawzjan, Afghanistan. I've been teaching Dari and Uzbek for almost three years and really enjoy it. I think learning a language can be a great experience and I'm excited to help students at any level achieve their goals. As a language teacher, my focus is to make every lesson meaningful and engaging for my students using a communicative approach. I prioritize helping my students develop their ability to use the language in real-life situations while incorporating cultural elements to deepen their understanding. I create a positive and inclusive learning environment by being patient, supportive, and encouraging. My lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student's individual needs and interests. Using the communicative approach, the GPA, and other methods, I help students improve their pronunciation, speaking, and vocabulary, including slang. I prioritize creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, where students feel comfortable and supported to take risks and make mistakes. Sonia is a GREAT Uzbek 🇺🇿 & Dari 🇦🇫 teacher! I highly recommend her class to anybody who is learning Uzbek or Dari language! She is so fun and highly engaging! She can also speak English very well which is very helpful for beginners to the language.
