Thank you for another lesson! I always get plenty of opportunities to speak and practice, which really helps build my confidence. She is very patient, empathetic, and supportive throughout the class. I feel very comfortable making mistakes and learning from them in a positive environment. I truly enjoy the lessons and appreciate her encouraging teaching style.

After three years without speaking English, I started taking lessons again with Jessica. Not only has my English come back quickly, but my confidence and motivation to keep learning and speaking have returned as well.
Only a teacher like Jessica can help someone regain their confidence so quickly. Thank you very much, and I hope to see you again soon.

Teacher Jessica always listened to me patiently until I finished answering those complicated questions in *IELTS*. Whenever I was doing well, teacher Jessica always complimented my answers. That’s something precious that I often said but rarely heard from people!
In teacher Jessica’s mind, I could always do a little bit better. She trusted my potential and my efforts, even when I started doubting myself. That’s how good teachers lead a class.
I’ve learnt a lot more than English here: how active listening really looks, how important patience is in a conversation, and how being kind and helping someone speak slowly and clearly can make such a difference, both in daily life and in the workplace.
Eventually, I got a Band 7 in IELTS Speaking, with teacher Jessica’s lessons, my own efforts, and my lucky luck.
“learning things in all sorts of ways from good people” is one of my personal life philosophies, and teacher Jessica is definitely the kind of person I can learn a lot from.
