Hi, I’m Ilaria! I’m a native Italian speaker with a strong background in languages, starting from high school and continuing at the University of Verona and the Rovira i Virgili University in Tarragona, Spain.
I’m passionate about animals, nature, traveling, and meeting new people. I love sharing my passions — especially languages, but also cinema and reading — and helping others discover the joy of learning.
If you’re excited to learn Italian or Spanish, I’ll be your friendly guide, helping you gain confidence, speak with ease, and enjoy every step of the journey!

I believe that conversation is one of the most essential — and at the same time, most challenging — parts of learning a new language.
I’d describe myself as a detail-oriented and somewhat perfectionist person. These traits have always pushed me to study deeply, but they’ve also sometimes made me feel like I never know enough: I know what it feels like to struggle, to feel stuck, or even frustrated when you can’t fully express yourself in another language. I always try to adapt to each student’s needs and requests; the most important thing for me is to encourage you to speak as much as possible. No matter if you make mistakes (after all, who doesn’t?!). Ilaria is a very good teacher, kind and professional. She guided me through the conversation and taught me how to introduce myself and have a basic chat. She also gave me good tips for improving. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to practice / learn Italian and feel at ease. She also does have an impressive level of Spanish.
