Hello....my name is Jigme. I have been in Online stage for four years to teach Tibetan as a second language. I'm Graduated with Buddhist Philosophy and Tibetan Language. I have 7 years of teaching experience and 4 years of online teaching to various people from many countries. I have tried many teaching methods and Flipped Classroom, Bloom's Taxonomy and Four Strands are the ones I'm using the most. Excellent teacher who understands and employs excellent teaching practices, such as a flipped classroom model, that are based on brain-based teaching.
