Ciao a tutti! Sono una giovane insegnante di 28 anni con una passione travolgente per l'italiano e per l'arte di insegnare. Sono laureata in Chimica, Filosofia e, più recentemente, in Scienze Internazionali.
Se stai cercando un'insegnante che sappia rendere l'apprendimento dinamico e coinvolgente, sei nel posto giusto! Adoro empatizzare con gli alunni, trovare un metodo coinvolgente per affinare le conoscenze del loro italiano ed essere partecipe dei loro miglioramenti. Melissa is a great Italian teacher. She is an excellent conversationalist, and uses the specific subjects I struggle with for our grammar lesson-review after we speak. Cinque stelle!

This lesson was right after my trip to Italy, so I told Melissa about the trip trying to use the imperfect tense. Melissa clearly guided me through the use of the tense and patiently gave feedback on the use of the verbs even after I forgot a few conjugations for the 20th time :)
While in Italy, I was so glad that I had taken lessons with Melissa. It made the experience much more special to be able to communicate with locals in their own language. The words that Melissa focuses on in lessons are high-frequency words that come up frequently in everyday conversations, so I was using words and structures I had learned from lessons with Melissa. If you are traveling to Italy, I seriously recommend taking lessons with Melissa. Even with just a couple hundred words and a few sessions of conversation practice with Melissa, you might surprise yourself with how much Italian you can use in Italy.
In every lesson, Melissa was calm, encouraging, patient and focused. Can't recommend enough!
