Sawasdee ka! I am Jern, your Thai friendly teacher :)
I am a Thai native speaker who grew up in Bangkok ~Krung Thep-The City of Angel! Although I live in the city, I still love to visit the upcountry in different parts of Thailand.
Teaching is my passion. I started teaching Mathematics, English and Accounting when I was a student in the University. I have a background in finance and used to work in the corporate world in Thailand and Singapore for several years.
With two years of teaching Thai to students at language schools in Singapore, I specialize in making the language accessible and enjoyable for learners of all levels.Tôi với tư cách là giáo viên
I am fun, attentive and friendly teacher who has a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all ages and levels.
I approach my teaching with a kind heart, a smile and a ready laugh to create a conducive environment in class where my students are at ease and have the motivation to learn. I always encourage the learners to apply what is taught in their own practice.

I believe that it is very important for students to have a good foundation in the Thai language, the meaning of words, grammar and how to use them in real-life. I aim to give clear explanation and demonstrate the application cases through interactive lectures, hands-on activities and multimedia resources.
My teaching strategy would be focusing on using ‘practicing’. Letting students practice Thai through the worksheet together with my support in correcting common mistakes, students will definitely make progress in their learning.
