A native speaker with teaching experience both online and in the classroom. Taught semester and summer intensive courses to groups of up to 14 students (mixed age - from teenagers to professionals). I am a patient, forward-looking and dedicated teacher passionate about education. I seek out your needs and design your lesson accordingly. My high organisation skills and and conscientiousness are reflected in the systematic structured language courses I offer my students. I'm also a curious teacher constantly on the search for new ways to improve my teaching skills and language acquisition. I am a language learner myself, studying Polish and German which deepens my understanding of the challenges learners face and provide effective strategies to overcome them. My teaching revolves around the direct method and creating an immersive language-learning experience through a communicative and activity-based method. I also put a strong emphasis on real-world contexts and use. My lessons are filled with tasks that give the student plenty of opportunities to practise the target language. My lessons are always student-centred and gives the maximum speaking time to the student. My lessons are carefully planned out to incorporate the most effective practices.
