Javier is a fantastic teacher who designs really enjoyable classes focused on conversation. We cover many interesting themes so I get exposure to plenty of new vocabulary, and he provides corrections on my grammar and pronunciation that help me know what I need to improve. If you’re looking for fun and engaging classes I thoroughly recommend Javier.

I've just finished my third class with Javier and I have to say I've been very pleasantly surprised. Unlike other teachers I've tried in the past, he actually took my goals and preferences to heart and acted accordingly. As a result, classes have been nothing short of amazing! He also prepares the sessions well, completely tuning them to me and my weaknesses so I can improve efficiently. Additionally, he's been very patient with me during the process, which I greatly appreciate, as by doing so he actually creates a safe space for me to commit errors in without judgement. On top he has managed to make the classes feel very spontaneous, fun and frankly hilarious, so I highly recommend him!

I’ve just had my second lesson with Javier, and it was a very productive and enjoyable experience. We discussed topics that are genuinely interesting to me, which made the conversation engaging and relevant. We also practiced different tenses, verbs, vocabulary, and some very useful phrases that I hadn’t heard before. What I especially appreciate is that Javier was able to quickly identify the areas I struggle with in Spanish, and now we’re actively working on improving those. His approach is both supportive and effective, and I feel like I’m making real progress. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their Spanish in a thoughtful and personalized way.

I was looking for general intermediate conversation practice with a native and Javier is perfect for that. His Spanish is very neutral, not too fast, not too slow, so ideal for what I wanted. He's also very good at keeping the flow going while making notes to help with learning.

I love his class so much! He is so patient, always wait for my answer, and he lets me know not only many words but also Spanish cultures! It was fun to have conversation in every class :) I would 100% recommend his class! Don’t hesitate ^0^
