Ana Lívia 🇧🇷

Ana Livia is a wonderful teacher. She comes prepared with a variety of topics and questions for each class which helps reinforce vocabulary, grammar constructions, and trains of thought. It also helps the lesson flow smoothly and feel productive, although she is so easy to talk to that it would feel that way regardless! I greatly appreciate that she asks how I learn best and what I want out of the classes, and checks-in at the end of each class to see if I have any lingering questions or uncertainties. I have had some lessons with other teachers that feel a litte awkward or inbalanced, and these classes never feel that way. Could not recommend her enough!

Ana Livia is excellent! She is easy to understand, patient, thoughtful, warm and professional. She took the time to understand my goals and expectations from our classes and my reasons for speaking Portuguese. Ana Livia is a really wonderful teacher for conversation practice! She is very patient and encouraging, and has a wide range of really interesting conversation topics. She makes the lessons the perfect amount of challenging, and she is able to explain new words really well in without switching to English. I find her feedback very useful too! Really looking forward to the next lessons :)

Ana Livia was absolutely brilliant and so lovely to talk to. This was my first lesson and I am usually very nervous speaking Portuguese but instantly felt much more comfortable with Ana Livia.
