I am someone very patient.
To me, it is very important to take the necessary time to explain a rule if the student doesn't understand a point. Also, instead of saying "c'est comme ça!"(That's the way it is), it is really important to explain the "why", even if I have to look for it after the class.
I am also a language learner
So I can understand the difficulties of learning a new language. I can speak English and Japanese, and I am currently learning Chinese, and I am struggling to learn this one. Regarding my teaching method, it could be a conversation: we can start with small talk, we can also talk about a more serious topic or you can even talk about your everyday life. Anyway, the most important thing is to practice your conversation skills.
Another way is, of course, learning grammar... Rules... Not fun? Really? I like grammar and I think it is very important to learn grammar because it will help to understand the structure of the sentences and help to improve your French.
