Your partner for speaking practice Hi there! I’m Nazym, a native Kazakh speaker, currently living in Almaty. My major is Korean studies, and I’ve been learning Korean for a pretty long time. So I know from my own experience all the struggles of learning a foreign language. I feel you guys! Whether you’re just starting out or already learning Kazakh on your own, welcome! 안녕하세요! 저는 한국학과생 나즘이라고 합니다. 만나서 반갑습니다! 제가 한국어를 배운 지 어느덧 5년이 되었고 지금도 계속하고 있습니다. 제가 어렸을 때부터 언어의 구조 같은 것들에 관심을 가져 왔는데 이제 한국어와 영어 같은 외국어를 배우게 돼서 그런 마음이 더욱 커졌습니다. 여기서 이런 열정을 나눌 수 있는 분들을 만나면 좋겠습니다. 여러분이 카자흐어에 새로운 관심이 생겨서 배워 보고 싶든지, 독학으로 시작해서 이제 카자흐 언어민과 연습해 보고 싶든지, 모두를 진심으로 환영합니다! Think of me as your speaking partner — friendly, patient, and here to support you. I’m not a certified teacher yet, but I’m working toward becoming one. In the meantime, I’m excited to gain experience by helping learners like you. I like to shape our sessions around what you want to learn, and let conversations flow naturally, focusing on areas where you need support. Nazym is a big help in my kazakh goals! it has been a long time since i've practiced, and i felt very relaxed and comfortable, and she is helping me get situated smoothly! i have no doubt if i continue her classes, soon i will be able to be more fluent and hold conversation and show respect to kazakhs when i visit almaty more! rahkmet!
