I am from the Chiba-prefecture, just next to Tokyo.
When I was a student, I majored in American and European Area Studies. I also minored in Japanese Culture.
I have been living in the UK for the last 20 years. I love to make friends with people of various backgrounds, just like you :)

I have been trained to be a Japanese language teacher, and as a volunteer I have taught Japanese to teenagers whose mother tongue is English. I am also teaching Japanese online.Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
In my lessons, you will see slides filled with illustrations. You will also have a lot of opportunities to listen, speak, read and write Japanese, and you will learn how to use practical Japanese.
If you are a total beginner, I am happy to teach Hiragana & Katakana from scratch, step by step. Then, I would recommend you the best textbook from “Minna no Nihongo” or “Irodori” to study with me, according to your needs and wishes.
I can also provide “Survival Japanese for Travel” (usually 3-4 lessons), which will enrich your visit to Japan even more.
