I've passed both the private Japanese Language Teaching Proficiency Test and the national Japanese Language Teacher Examination.
After working at a Japanese bank for 10 years, I taught Japanese at a language school and online. I have taught Japanese to people from many countries, including the United States, Korea, and Turkey. I use textbooks such as GENKI, Minna no Nihongo, Marugoto.

My lessons are just for you if you are serious about improving your Japanese.
During conversation lessons, we relax and talk while I explain grammar that is easily mistaken and things that I want you to remember by writing them in the chat. I also speak English, so beginners are welcome too! For grammar lessons, I use textbooks such as GENKI, Minna no Nihongo and Marugoto.

I've had two conversational lessons with Misako san and they have been great experiences so far! Misako san is patient, easygoing, and fun to talk to. I like that she presents alternative ways of phrasing or wording things to sound more natural in conversations. I look forward to booking some more lessons in the near future!!
