Excellent lesson

Raul is a nice guy. He was patient and flexible with the technology issues that were my fault. He was enthusiastic when he spoke about himself and his situation. It was pretty obvious to me, however, that he was doing other things online every time it was my turn to speak (lights on his face, eyes darting, not engaged). Unfortunately, I didn't get much out of the conversation. We all have off days I guess!
