Bonjour ! Je m’appelle Romy, et je suis une passionnée de langues et de cultures.
Née d’une mère française et d’un père algérien, j’ai grandi en parlant couramment le français et l’arabe. Je maîtrise aussi l’anglais et j’apprends le russe depuis quelques années—je comprends donc les défis de l’apprentissage d’une langue !
Quand je n’enseigne pas, vous me trouverez en train de :
- Dévorer un roman classique (Proust, Camus, ou Dostoïevski en version originale !).
- Écrire des nouvelles ou faire du yoga pour me détendre.
- Explorer l’architecture et le cinéma—des sujets que j’adore aborder en cours.
Mon crédo ? Apprendre doit être un plaisir.

En tant que professeure, j’allie structure et flexibilité. Mon expérience multilingue me permet d’identifier vos difficultés rapidement et de vous guider avec patience.

À quoi ressemble une leçon typique ?
1. Échauffement : Discussion (vos projets, un film récent…).
2. Objectif du jour :
Conversation (thème libre ou guidé).
Grammaire/ Vocabulaire.
Activité ludique : Analyse d’une chanson, jeu de rôle, ou rédaction courte.
3. Bilan : Résumé des points clés et devoirs (optionnel).
Outils utilisés :
PDF personnalisés.
Extraits de films, livres (selon vos centres d’intérêt).
Tableau blanc pour visualiser les règles complexes.

Préparation DELF/DALF.
Français professionnel (entretiens, rédactions formelles).

Romaissa does a great job of helping me (a pretty solid beginner) express myself with the minimal abilities I have. She keeps the conversation all in French, which is extremely important for learning, and she engages learners with interesting questions. I've had 4 lessons with her so far and will continue to study with her.

I truly appreciate the Calm method of teaching the French language. Starting from the beginning without racing towards a ton of vocabulary is the best approach to understanding how to actually read French. Thank you for another great lesson.
