Hi, I'm Aina. I'm half Catalan and half French and, therefore, I am a native Catalan, French and Spanish speaker. Being married to an American man for over 5 years, I have achieved an advanced level in English as well. I have also been learning German, in which language I have currently an intermediate level. I am passionate about languages and people think I have a great sense of humor (a bit dark sometimes, I think that is very typical French and Spanish, both can be very dark and sarcastic in very different ways). In addition to being passionate about languages, I have a university degree in Speech Therapy, so I have a good understanding about communication in general, which improves my language teaching skills. Living in a multilingual environment and family, I strongly believe that the best way of learning a language is through conversation. Nothing is more motivational than talking about things you are passionate about. And sharing them with a fluent speaker is a good way to improve your skills in that language. Conversation is a great way of learning, and it can also be very fun ! I like to start lessons talking a little bit about day to day fluff and stuff, and then get to topics that interest you.
