I'm from Nagano, Japan.
・ Traveling (I've been to the USA 🇺🇸, Canada 🇨🇦, Mexico 🇲🇽, South Korea 🇰🇷, Taiwan 🇹🇼, and Thailand 🇹🇭)
・ Listening to music (I enjoy a wide range, from J-POP to Western music)

・I majored in English literature and linguistics at university, so I know what methods are effective for learning. I can share tips that helped me in my studies.
・I'm familiar with 4 languages (English, French, Spanish, Korean)
・ I spent a year in Montreal, Canada on a working holiday, attending a language school. Having experienced the struggle of not being able to communicate in English, I understand the challenges of learning a language. Let's go at your own pace.

Tuve mi primera clase de Japonés con Kana y tengo que decir que fue excelente. En verdad, disfruté mucho el tiempo que compartimos juntos y tengo que decir que aprendí muchas cosas en poco tiempo. Fue una lección de una hora, pero fue tan entretenida que pareció que duró algunos minutos.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Kana-san! She helped keep the conversation flowing when I didn't understand something and created a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere. She is quick to adapt to your learning level and create a plan for future lessons. I'm looking forward to the next one!

I really enjoyed our first class! Kana was very patient and spoke with easy words at a pace I could understand. It was very fun and I felt successful in communicating in Japanese. I look forward to taking more classes together!
