Hi, I’m James - a CELTA-certified English teacher from the UK.
Since 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of learners reach their goals, from passing Cambridge or IELTS exams to finally speaking English with confidence.
I’m a language learner myself.
I learned Spanish to C1 level, and many others (Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Swedish, Portuguese) to different levels in the past.
I know how frustrating it can be to make mistakes.
I’ll show you how to study smarter, speak confidently, and enjoy the process.

CELTA Level 5 - Cambridge Assessment English - 2019To earn my CELTA, I had to go through intensive training in teaching English to adults, including over 120 hours of coursework and supervised teaching practice.
I learned how to plan effective lessons, teach grammar and vocabulary clearly, and manage different classroom levels, from beginners to advanced levels.
CELTA is one of the most respected English teaching qualifications in the world and allows me to teach in language schools and online with a strong professional foundation.

The course gave me a solid foundation in how to teach English to learners from around the world.

Today was my first lesson with James. We did a lot of speaking practice for my Cambridge B2 exams. He seems very knowledgeable and well-versed in what the examiners are looking for regarding the FCE exams. Thank you!
