Hello! My name is Asuka. I'm from Osaka, Japan.
I lived in Canada for 8 years and also spent a year in Germany.
I love chatting with people from different backgrounds, traveling, and listening to music.
As someone from Osaka, I can also teach you Osaka-ben (Kansai dialect) if you're interested!
My lessons are relaxed and focused on real-life conversation — perfect for beginners who want to enjoy learning Japanese naturally.

I used to teach preschoolers, age between 3 to 5, in Canada.

I had my first lesson with Asuka sensei.
She was incredibly nice. I was admittedly nervous because my listening comprehension is not great, but Asuka made me feel at ease. I look forward to the next lesson with her.
