When working in China, I learned that despite my fluency in spoken Chinese, I was often unable to understand the intentions behind Chinese communication. Drawing on years of experience in professional cross-cultural settings and English teaching, my coaching moves clients beyond functional English to real connection with their Western colleagues and peers.
