Chris uses conversations and stories he wrote. The stories are available in pdfs together with relevant vocabulary, notes about the usage of words in colloquial context and some tips. They structured to be approached regardless of the language and they get progressively more difficult. He has also a podcast based on the storie which can help to improve listening skills .
