Cancellation policy: 24 hours in advance, more than 15 minutes delay -> I have to cancel and charge the class
When I have back-to-back lessons, lessons are 5 minutes shorter due to the administration required.

My introductory class with Simon was excellent. He came with a positive attitude and created a relaxed environment, perfect for a productive lesson. We discussed my goals and he set a concrete learning plan. He spoke and explained very clearly and listened actively to my speech, giving appropriate feedback and taking note of grammar mistakes. Simon hat mir mit Geduld zugehört und er hatte eine motivierende Herangehensweise, was meiner Meinung nach beides die wichtigsten Elemente sind, die ein Fremdsprachenlehrer haben muss.
