Alexandra was a very good teacher. She listened to what I had to say about my needs and crafted a plan for how we will move forward so that I will get the most out of her lessons. My only complaint is with the italki platform: it is CONSTANTLY breaking down. We spent the first 20 minutes of our session trying to find another platform to communicate because every time we got on italki, we would lose connection within a minute or two. This has been a problem not just with this teacher, but almost every teacher I have used on italki. I now routinely use Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams to have my sessions. If italki is making a business of connecting teachers and students over a video platform, they need to create one that is more stable than the one they have now.

Alexandra is a patient and friendly teacher I enjoy greatly our conversations. Highly recommend this professors
