Abby Teaches English

I have been learning with this teacher since mid-October, and she has helped me a lot. I started from a very basic level, but step by step I improved my English and gained more confidence. Her lessons are clear, supportive, and focused on real communication. She explains things simply and always encourages me to speak without fear. Thanks to her, I can see real progress in my English. I really recommend her as a patient, professional, and motivating teacher.

Abby 는 italki 에서 만날 수 있는 최고의 선생님입니다 👍🏻. 학생이 스스로 영어로 말할 수 있게 충분한 기회를 줄 뿐 아니라, 학생이 어설프게 구성한 영어 문장들을 듣고난 후 자연스러운 영어로 교정해줍니다. 또한 내가 말하고자 했던 것과 같은 의미를 전달하는 다른 표현들을 알려주는데, 이게 저에게는 무척 도움이 됩니다. 수업 과정 중에 google docs 를 사용하여 제가 말한 내용과 그것에 대한 교정 사항 등등을 꼼꼼히 메모해주어 언제 어디서든 복습하기도 좋습니다. 매 수업마다 다양한 주제에 대해 영어로 이야기를 나누면서 일상 생활 대화 뿐 아니라 보다 심도깊은 주제에 대해 영어로 말할 수 있습니다. 정말 추천하고 싶은 좋은 영어 선생님입니다😆👍🏻

Abby is the best English teacher I ever met on italki! She is knowledgeable , passionate and inspiring, and because she is a multilingual speaker herself, she understands exactly how it feels like to learn a foreign language, which makes a huge difference. During our class, she will catch and write down the mistakes I made and teach me the native ways to say them. I had learnt so much from her while having a lot of fun at the same time! Anyone who can learn from Abby is a super luck bird✨

Abby 是我目前遇到过最优秀的英语老师之一。我从去年十月开始跟她学习，一开始只是想解决自己不太敢公开演讲的问题，但慢慢发现，上她的课不只是练语言，更像是在一个很安全的环境里一点点建立自信。 她在第一节课前就很认真地了解我的情况，还帮我把学习方向理清楚。之后每节课都会提前准备好内容，而且不会死板地按计划走，会根据我的状态随时调整，所以每次上课都不会有压力。 对我来说很加分的一点是，她真的很在意学生本身。在我有点迷茫的时候，比如职业选择或者生活中的其他问题，她会很耐心地倾听，也会给出一些很中肯的建议，并且尽她所能去支持我。当我尝试新的事情或者有一点进步时，她也会很真诚地鼓励你，替你开心。 如果你本身比较内向、容易紧张，或者一直想开口但迈不出第一步，我会很推荐试一下她的课。不会有压力，但会在不知不觉中慢慢变得更敢表达。
