I am CHAKIR Taoufik from Morocco. I am a native speaker of Arabic and an almost native speaker of French and English (I have been learning and practicing French for +20 years and English for +15 years now). I am currently learning Spanish and a little bit of Chines :) I have enjoyed teaching and learning here on Italki since day one and I am planning to make it last...

The way I see language learning is a bit philosophical but it also came from my personal experience after being both a student and a teacher for a while. I envision the process of language learning to be similar to the process of growing a tree; you need patience and take care of the plant on a regular basis to get a result that normally can not be pushed ahead of time...But you can always add-in some fertilizers (which are in my case a certain set of technics) to get improved results in terms of time and quality.Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
Lessons: I prefer that you book packages to show commitment and also to get along with the nature of the process ( as I explained earlier: expect to practice on a regular basis ! ), I am very flexible and I don't have a problem canceling or reporting lessons... I can also use instant messaging apps like Whatsapp if you feel like learning and practicing on the go.
Let's talk technics: I am not a big fan of the Pimsleur method unless it's used with some other tools to remember the vocabulary you learned. For example, Anki flashcards. I prefer to rely on the spaced repetition system proposed by apps like Duolingo and Memrise.Tài liệu giảng dạy của tôi

Chakir is nice and patient and he was trying to incourage me to learn more Arabic and I think he was succesful in it) He showed me a very useful website to practise my Arabic and corrected my imperfect pronunciation. In short, positive experience, recommended
