I felt comfortable trying to speak European Portuguese with Marina. With her, I am getting a native speaker who is also a professional linguistics educator who knows how to teach effectively. She even provided written materials that aided my understanding. I look forward to bolstering my confidence while improve my conversational skills with her in future sessions.

I had an excellent first lesson with Marina. Marina is a very kind and supportive teacher. I learnt many new useful words in her lesson and we had an interesting conversation about travelling.

My first lesson with Marina, she was polite and friendly and took the time to explain the basic concept of a basic sentence, breaking down nouns and verbs. very good

This was my first iTalki lesson so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m an introvert and a beginner in Portuguese so I wasn’t sure this would work for me. But Marina was very easy to talk with and the 30 minutes flew by! It was a great experience and I’m looking forward to more sessions.
