I'm a TEFL certified teacher and a Registered Nurse. I can help you learn English as professionals speak it. I can also help you with medical terminology. We can role-play real world conversations and I can help you prep for your OET (Occupational English Test) exam as well.
I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and I dabble in other languages but only teach English. I'm comfortable enough to teach Portuguese speakers who are beginners or intermediate/advanced learners of any language.Tôi với tư cách là giáo viên
I'm caring and compassionate. As a nurse, I've worked mostly in the mental health field. I've spent countless hours working with people one on one, setting goals, talking about their concerns and helping them achieve the best possible results. I bring the same skills to language learning, we will work together to set goals for you and make a plan to reach those goals with concrete steps to improve your English. The best way to learn a language is to use it. My lessons are informal, flexible and conversational. Depending on your goals we will focus on talking about in and around your needs so that you learn new vocabulary and grammar in context and you are able to use it outside of the classroom.
For test preparation, I have all the materials we will need, including pdfs, listening material and speaking exercises.
For conversation students, we will use videos and articles from the internet if we need to find topics to speak about. We will read/watch together and then discuss to ensure you understood the material and to build your vocabulary around the topic.Tài liệu giảng dạy của tôi
