She was one of the best teachers I've had for having a Portuguese conversation lesson. She really listens, and is very professional. I think with her you can learn quickly :)

Had a very enjoyable first lesson with Alana. I am just a few months into learning Portuguese so it's difficult to understand fast speech. Alana spoke very clearly and at a pace where everything was easily understandable. She has many interests and can chat about a wide variety of topics. She has an easygoing personality too which makes the conversation flow. At the same time she provides just the right level of feedback and corrections. I had a very nice class with Alana the other day. I had a great chance to work on my pronunciation through reading out loud and learned a lot about Brazil.
