Alexandre is so patient and so easy to talk to. He gives just the right amount of feedback, enough to actually learn from, but not so much that it derails the conversation. Even when I freeze and don't know what to say next, he keeps things flowing naturally, which has been huge for getting over my fear of speaking French. I've only had a few classes with him and I can already construct sentences. He makes the lesson feel like a safe space to make mistakes, which is honestly the whole battle when you're learning a new language. I genuinely considered gatekeeping him, but he's too good not to share with other language learners. Plus: he speaks Spanish, which has been a huge help. Spanish was the language I was learning before French, so I already know the useful phrases I want to be able to say, and Alexandre easily translates them into French for me on the spot. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!

I'm glad that I found such a supportive and patient teacher. He is able to explain topics clearly and provides guidance in a way that cultivates critical thinking. Alexandre is a good conversationalist which makes the lessons engaging and fun. Looking forward to more learning.

Useful practical role play and help in renting a car for my upcoming trip to France. Lots of good vocabulary and expressions I would expect to hear and say. And always so easy to talk to.
