Shu Kakeya

We spend an hour discussing what happened since the last meeting and catching up on the topics from that meeting as well.

I had a great conversation with Shu. He corrected some of my mistakes while keeping the conversation flowing.

It is always relaxing to just sit and talk for an hour about what has been going on, while at the same time learning new words and expressions.

Shuさん is a very relaxed and calm teacher! i'm generally an introvert, but he made me feel like i was speaking to a long-time friend. thus, i really enjoyed the lesson! in the chatbox, he also helps to list down the words and phrases that are learnt during the class. 先生、ありがとうございます！ お疲れ様です。 hope to speak with you again very soon!

The atmosphere is relaxed and I can learn and practice without pressure.

It is always interesting getting a Japanese perspective on living in other countries. People often forget there is a large Japanese diaspora.
