Hi, everyone! My Name is 游惠元(Yu, Hui - Yuan). You can also call me Helen. I am a Chinese teacher on Italki. I am originally from Taiwan, a native Chinese speaker, and now living in Brasil. Besides Chinese, I speak Portuguese and English. I am also a designer and a ballroom dancer. I like art and dancing. I started to teach Chinese at the beginning of the year when I got a chance to come back to Brasil after a few years of my exchange year. I use the same logic as I learned Portuguese to teach my students. And I just discovered how much I like to teach Chinese by sharing our own culture, philosophy, and way of thinking. I also like to interact with and change ideas between languages and cultures with others. I am really enjoying it!Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
My class usually starts with phonetics and pronounces in Chinese, and then comes great vocabulary and many conversations and texts for students to get easier to get accustomed to the logic and meaning in the Chinese language. And then depending on the purpose of the students, the materials and resources that will be used are flexible. The class can be directed to any specific area that the student has more interest in, such as travel, business, philosophy, economy, medicine .... etc. And I highly recommend students learn a little bit of Chinese writing even if it is not the main goal. And my class is usually about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half depends on the student's needs.Tài liệu giảng dạy của tôi

Helen is very willing to help, have a very nice and charismatic personality. Make the studying funny and agreable. Are very good to explain the points and she is open to listen the student's needs and tailor the class according to it.
