My name is Ciro, I come from the Amalfi coast, and I have been a teacher of Italian as a foreign language for almost 10 years now. I have many passions, such as linguistics, tennis, video games, music, TV series, UX/UI. They could be all topics of conversation... except for football!

I taught Italian in multilingual classes, with people from all over the world, such as Germany, Austria, Brazil, USA, Spain, France, Japan, United Kingdom, Russia, Switzerland, and many more. Since I live in Spain, I have been an external collaborator of a committee of the Dante Alighieri Society in Asturias and an Italian conversation assistant for middle and high schools. Therefore I have a lot of experience in teaching Italian language to Spanish speakers of all the ages.

I am of the communicative approach, therefore my priority is the oral production. However, I always try to cover all the other language skills, such as listening, reading and writing, because they are essential. Ciro is an excellent teacher. Thanks to his help in less thank one year I’ve gone from zero to passing the B1, then the B2 exams and now studying for the C1 level. He is always very well prepared and professional.
