Yul

Yul knows me well and always introduces funny jokes and phrases to help add flavour to my Korean. He adapts well to what I want to do in a lesson and caters for all the requests that I make. He speaks Japanese and English and it helps so much as I can just switch to whichever language that is closer to whatever we are learning at that moment. He also tells good stories like in Korean drama but better.

Conversation practice with Yul is fantastic. The hour goes so fast! When you're learning a language and you don't yet speak it well, it's important to have a conversation partner/tutor who makes you feel comfortable. He does exactly that, with his warmth and good humor. I look forward to our next practice.
