Shinegi Duong 先生

Duong is a good teacher and is patient with me. And takes time to explain things. She gives me exercises for homework. This can be listening exercises or writing a short text. She puts class notes in a google doc for my later reference. She also has created a document with slides with pictures to explain words. Sometimes uses Youtube or Google images to explanation as well. Good teacher!

Great lesson with Shinegi! We wrote an example conversation asking about how long have I been learning. We also learned about "có thể" and "được" being used to talk about ability (Shinegi had funny cartoons to use for making sentences). Shinegi also helped me with my pronunciation and listening exercises. The lesson was fun and I learned a lot!

Great lesson with Shinegi! Shinegi asked me many questions, and we took a close look at về. I have been learning a lot from Shinegi. When I don't remember a vocabulary or grammar point, Shinegi reminds me that we learned it - and that helps me to remember!

Great lesson with Shinegi! We reviewed the listening practice that I did. Because I couldn't really hear the difference between some of the sounds, Shinegi explained them in great detail and walked me through many examples. Now I understand those sounds much better. I'm glad that she took the time to really explain it!
