Hi! I’m Ma Qinfang. You can call me Ma Laoshi (老师).
I’m from Xinjiang, China, and I speak standard Mandarin.
I’m a passionate language learner, having studied Japanese and English for many years, with some experience in Korean. I also studied in Japan. I dream of learning Spanish and Arabic.

I love reading (especially philosophy and psychology), gardening, and traveling to historical sites. I taught Chinese for a year in Korea and now enjoy customizing lessons according to each student’s interests.
I enjoy teaching students with some background in Chinese who want to deepen their skills and understanding.

I got her lecture for the first time in 2 years. I needed to master how to self-introduce myself a few days later to a Chinese colleague. This time, I noticed how I can recognize and speak English (actually not so good, I need to rehabilitate..) and I got many hints on how to improve my Chinse.
