Meg

I always have such a positive experience in my lessons with Meg. She is very encouraging and is a natural teacher. I really appreciate her explanations when I am working on a challenging grammar point or difficult vocabulary.

Miss Meg always encourage me to practice reading, which out of Listening, speaking and reading the last one is the one I need the most practice, she is very patient with me and certainly motivates me to keep improving, each lesson is always filled with joy talking about themes I am interested and despite having sometimes a hard time expressing some ideas I do not feel nervous or disappointed of myself since Miss Meg is supportive of my improvements.

Meg Sensei is so kind and supportive. In the trial lesson she was so helpful helping me structure the sentences and wrote down the new words that I didn't know. Even though I speak very little Japanese she was so kind and patient to help me and made me feel very comfortable speaking the language.

Meg is an exceptional teacher. She was born and raised in Japan, and she has experienced a variety of cultures as a result of traveling to many countries around the world. Because of that, she understands the nuances of Eastern and Western culture well. During lessons, this helps her bridge the gap in understanding between my preconceived notions and the reality of Japanese culture and language. In terms of lessons, she encourages a free flowing and fluid conversation structure, encouraging you to try new sentence formations and reinforcing previous grammatical lessons she taught you before. I thoroughly enjoy lessons with Meg because I am able to use and learn words and phrases I would utilize in day to day life. Starting from absolute zero, I would say my comfort with speaking Japanese has increased significantly, and I’m happy to say that the 10+ lessons I’ve taken with her were absolutely worth it!

Meg was very kind and helpful. She was patient even when I had troubles speaking. The notes she took during the lesson will be very useful for studying.
