Today we spoke about Lisa's trip to Osaka.
I got a bit nostalgic seeing her pictures as I have been to some of the same places :-)
The conversation was so much fun the time flew by.
I'm already looking forward to the next lesson!

Today we spoke about the Kansai region!
Lisa sensei has visited Osaka and Nara last week.
We compared what she saw to what I saw during my trips there :-D
It is sad to hear that there was a lot of rubbish laying around because tourists don't understand the concept of taking your trash home. I hope people will learn to do that soon.
Lisa will show me pictures of he trip next week, I am already looking forward to it!! :-D

Today we spoke about my favorite Japan based youtubers.
One of them has a famous video about "12 thing not to do in Japan". So we started talking about unwritten rules in both Japan and the Netherlands, it was fun :-)
We then spoke about how being free affects the happiness of people.
The Netherlands is famous for having happy kids, and I think the way we let kids be free to explorer things for them selfs plays a big part in it.
I'm already looking forward to our next conversation :-)

Today we talked about my trip to the Banksy exhibition. It was nice to talk about Banksy's art and the meaning behind it.
Lisa then showed me pictures from her trip to Nara.
It was fun to see all the places that I have visited as well.
I don't think I will fit through the hole in the pole at todaiji though haha :-D

Today we spoke about an art exhibition that I visited.
The artist make art with wall paper, which is an interesting concept.
The art generally only stays up for a few months because of the elements breaking it down, like rain and wind.
We then spoke about art on walls in Japan.
In the cities you sometimes see it at construction projects, but Lisa sensei had a great story of manga artist transforming a small island into a big art project!
Maybe I will visit it some day! :-)
