Matěj

Matej is always great. Easily the best teacher I've had on Italki. he is extremely patient and good at speaking at your level no matter how low that is. He also frequently stays a few minutes late if we haven't finished what we are going over. Which is something no other teach I've had has ever done. I always look forward to learning from him.

I'm a pharmacist from the UK who moved to the Czech Republic to study a PhD. Matěj is an excellent teacher who in a short space of time has taken me from zero Czech to being able to understand native speakers and have conversations with them, which is something I never thought would be possible. As someone who has unsuccessfully tried to learn many languages in the past and especially struggled in high school with them, I have found Matěj's unique, interactive lesson structure really effective for me and I was able to learn more than I have ever learnt before.

Matej is such a caring teacher. I was 10 minutes late to my lesson, and despite it being totally my fault instead of stoping the lesson at the normal time as I expected, he let us run late to compensate for the lost time.

Je nejlepším učitelem češtiny na Italki. Od té doby, co mě začal učit, moje čeština vážně pokročila. Nyní jsem si velmi jistý, že se dokážu dostat na úroveň C2. He is the best Czech language teacher on Italki. My Czech has seriously progressed, since he started to teach me. I am now highly confident that I can make to the C2 level.
