I’m a native Chinese speaker from Malaysia. During university, I began tutoring non-Chinese friends, which led me to become an online Mandarin teacher.
I’ve been teaching adult learners online for over 4 years. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) and doing my internship at a university language institute, where I teach non-Chinese staff practical Mandarin for work.
Having studied in China and worked in Singapore, I’m familiar with both mainland Chinese usage and Malaysian/Singaporean Chinese expressions and culture.Tôi với tư cách là giáo viên
I specialize in teaching adult beginners and elementary learners. Before my master’s program, I developed my Mandarin teaching skills through hands-on experience. Now, my academic training exposed me to multiple teaching approaches for different learner needs.
